Tania Menzi’s world revolves around people, how they interact and communicate, and how they best join forces to complement each other. Having worked in the most diverse contexts, in various places, and with ever changing combinations of people since the age of fourteen, she likes to think of herself as a catalyst, who can help a group find its heartbeat. She thrives on delving into the stories and backgrounds of individuals and figuring out, what connection could create additional value in their lives. And nothing is more satisfying to her, than watching such a connection develop and to watch the “click” of a successful match happen. Following her master’s degree in management she decided to make this her daily business and now works for an executive search company in Zurich.
Rather than in school, Tania spent a large part of her high-school years contributing to dozens of industrial ideation processes. During her studies, she first helped people who had already connected prepare for the best day of their lives, before going back to the core of what enthuses her: bringing people together. As one of the co-founders and main drivers of the Business Game St.Gallen, she established a platform, that helps graduates meet and demonstrate their talents to their future employers. One of her favorite times of the year is when she teams up with the other collaborationists and a large group of brilliant young adults at the Swiss Talent Forum, where they reflect on ways to shape the future.
