Milena Rutz is driven by an insatiable curiosity which led her directly into innovation and research. As a psychologist she loves to combine creative methods with an analytical mindset. And of course, working with humans, laptops and post-its is her passion, too.
Her work at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) provided her with a well-stocked toolbox including qualitative and quantitative research methods to shape collaboration in organisational and entrepreneurial contexts.
Further on, as idea accomplice (Ideenkomplizin) she runs her own idea factory at BrainStore and brings in her experience from more than 100 innovation projects for clients all over the planet. With her affinity for complex questions she loves to create a 360° perspective on iterative work processes and conditions for change and fresh ideas.
