Judit Costa discovered that change is possible early in her childhood when the Berlin Wall fell. Convinced that any kind of change was possible, she studied history and started working for the United Nations.
Finding new ways to solve old problems is her passion. Negotiating skills and getting people who do not know each other to work together are crucial when sailing uncharted seas. Judit supports teams in developing ideas, choosing priorities and presenting the winning idea to the public.
Having worked for several human rights organizations, she is inspired by the relentless fight of people for better living conditions everywhere around the world. To witness the magic of change, she regularly observes elections in far away places.
