Emanuel starts projects with a mantra inspired by gastronomy: Explore your resources, let them play, make a choice and deliver with a smile.

After realizing how people are linked through food culture, Emanuel made it his mission to study in depth authentic product quality and to communicate it to the world by the use of words and flavors. In this role as a mediator he co-published a food magazine, helped small-scale producers to market their produce and contributed to innovation projects in the food industry.

Emanuels current tasks in communication and in a marketing consultancy remind him every day that you work best if you work with what you have at hand – unconventional methods and improvisation allowed.
